摘要

采用模糊评价法对建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在可持续建筑中的应用及效果进行评估.结果显示,BIM技术显著提升了建筑项目效率,优化了能源管理和资源使用,有效减少了环境足迹,提升了建筑维护和运营效率.对某建筑项目案例进行分析,证实了BIM技术在提升施工效率、成本控制及环境保护方面的积极作用.

Abstract

The study evaluates the application and effect of building information modeling(BIM)technology in sustainable buildings with fuzzy evaluation method.The results show that BIM technology significantly improves the efficiency of construction projects,optimizes energy management and resource use,effectively reduces the environmental footprint,and improves the efficiency of building maintenance and operations.Analysis of a construction project case confirms the positive role of BIM technology in improving construction efficiency,cost control and environmental protection.
