摘要

近年来,我国各地区加大了电网建设力度,线路变得越来越复杂,变电站中电力电子设备(power electronics,PE)的使用越来越多,电力系统发生故障的频率逐年上升,因此对复杂的电力电子设备进行安全风险评估极为重要.目前,基于PE的现代电力系统采用的是传统的安全评估方法,不足以分析现代电力系统的安全性,故提出一种基于PE的电力系统安全评估方法,将PE单元的安全评估纳入系统安全评估的一般范畴,在PSCAD搭建包含并网电压源转换器(VSC)的IEEE39总线模型,研究基于PE的电力系统动态安全暂态稳定性和安全性.结果表明,与传统的安全方案相比,新型安全评估方法更准确地评估了系统的功角失稳指标、电压失稳指标及频率失稳指标等维度,为系统整体的安全评估提供了重要的参考价值.

Abstract

In recent years,with the increasing efforts of power grid construction in various regions of China,the power lines have become increasingly complex.The use of power electronics(PE)equipment in substations is increasing,and the frequency of power system failures is also increasing year by year.Therefore,it is extremely important to conduct safety risk assessments on complex power electronic equipment.At present,traditional safety assessment methods are used in modern power systems based on PE,which are insufficient to analyze the safety of modern power systems.The study proposes a new method for power system safety assessment based on PE,which incorporates the safety assessment of PE units into the general scope of system safety assessment.By constructing an IEEE39 bus model including grid connected voltage source converter(VSC)in PSCAD,the transient stability and safety of power system dynamic safety based on PE are studied.The research results indicate that compared with traditional security schemes,the new security evaluation method more accurately evaluates the three dimensions of power angle instability index,voltage instability index,and frequency instability index of the system,providing an important reference value for the overall security evaluation of the system.
