摘要

针对煤矿倾斜特厚煤层的复杂地质条件,从采煤方法和设备控制入手,指出工作面布置、设备选型、开采工艺及安全监控等方面存在的问题,提出一套用于倾斜厚煤层综放工作面双向割煤和输送机上窜下滑的控制技术,改进了电缆防滑拖移装置和防飞矸技术.结果表明,合理的工作面布置、先进的开采工艺及严格的安全监控措施是确保大倾角特厚煤层综放开采顺利进行的关键.

Abstract

In view of the complex geological conditions of inclined ultra-thick coal seam in coal mine,and through starting with mining method and equipment control,the study points out the problems in mining face layout,equipment selection,mining technology and safety monitoring,etc.;puts forward a set of control technology for bidirectional cutting of coal face and sliding down of conveyor in full-mechanized caving face of inclined thick coal seam;and improves the anti-slip towing device of cable and the anti-flying dirt technology.The results show that reasonable layout of working face,advanced mining technology and strict safety monitoring measures are the key to ensure the smooth development of full-mechanized caving mining of large dip angle ultra-thick coal seam.
