摘要
为落实三孩生育政策及配套支持措施,积极构建生育友好型社会,采用问卷调研法对镇江市育龄群体生育意愿进行调研,从个人、家庭及社会三方合作视角分析其主要影响因素.研究结果显示,育龄群体生育意愿主要受经济压力、育儿成本、受教育程度、身体状况、工作压力、生育观念等因素影响,应加强政策宣传引导,完善妇幼保健服务体系,增加生育财政投入,保障育龄女性就业机会与合法权益,构建生育友好型社会,从而提升育龄群体的生育意愿.
Abstract
In order to implement the three-child policy and supporting measures,and actively build a childbearing friendly society,the study investigates the fertility intention of the childbearing age groups in Zhenjiang City with questionnaire survey,and analyzes the main influencing factors the perspective of individual,family and social cooperation.The study shows that the fertility intention of the childbearing age group is mainly affected by economic pressure,high child-rearing cost,education level,physical condition,work pressure,and change of fertility concept and child care,etc.It is necessary to strengthen policy publicity and guidance,improve the maternal and child health service system,increase fiscal revenue for childbearing,protect the employment opportunities and legitimate rights and interests of women of childbearing age,build a childbearing friendly society,and enhance the willingness to give birth.
