摘要
为明确各地市艺术类行业的就业需求趋势状况,找出就业需求影响指数,利用主成分分析与聚类分析方法,选取 13 个代表性指标对江苏省13 个地级市的艺术类行业就业需求进行综合评价与等级划分.结果显示,江苏省13 个地级市艺术类行业就业需求综合评价得分排名为:苏州市、南京市、无锡市、南通市、徐州市、常州市、盐城市、淮安市、连云港市、扬州市、宿迁市、镇江市与泰州市.其中,就业需求旺盛地市为:苏州市、南京市、无锡市、南通市;就业需求平稳地市为:徐州市、常州市、淮安市、盐城市、连云港市;就业需求不足地市为:镇江市、泰州市、扬州市、宿迁市.美术与艺术设计类、音乐表演舞蹈类以及编导戏曲类行业是影响艺术类行业城市就业需求评价的主要因素.江苏省应重视就业平稳状态与需求不足状态地区的艺术类行业就业态势,利用科学合理的方法提高各地市的就业需求景气值.
Abstract
In order to clarify the status of the trend of employment demand for art industry employment in municipalities,and to find out the impact index of employment demand,the study selects 13 representative indicators,and conducts comprehensive evaluation and rank division in 13 municipalities in Jiangsu Province.The results show that comprehensive evaluation score rankings of the employment demand for art industry in 13 municipalities in Jiangsu Province are:Suzhou,Nanjing,Wuxi,Nantong,Xuzhou,Changzhou,Yancheng,Huai'an,Lianyungang,Yangzhou,Suqian,Zhenjiang and Taizhou.Among them,the cities with the strong employment demand are Suzhou,Nanjing,Wuxi and Nantong.The cities with the stable employment demand are Xuzhou,Changzhou,Huai'an,Yancheng and Lianyungang.The cities with insufficient employment demand are Zhenjiang,Taizhou,Yangzhou and Suqian.Fine arts and art design,music performance and dance,and choreography and theater are the main factors affecting the evaluation of employment demand.Therefore,Jiangsu Province should pay attention to the employment dynamics of the art industry in areas with stable employment status and insufficient demand status,and utilize scientific and reasonable methods to improve the value of employment demand boom in cities and regions.
