As an important part of China's education system,public funded normal education lays a solid foundation for the development of education,especially in primary and middle schools.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,the study discusses the influence of the service quality of public normal education on the satisfaction of education through combining with the application motivation of government-funded normal university students.The results show that the input quality,process quality and result quality of the overall education service quality of public funded normal colleges can significantly improve the satisfaction of government-funded normal college students.Economic motivation has significant negative moderating effect between process quality and student satisfaction.Employment motivation has significant negative moderating effect on input quality and student satisfaction,process quality and student satisfaction.Based on this,it is suggested to improve education quality and strengthen policy publicity,so as to improve the education satisfaction of government-funded normal college students.
