In order to construct an effective tool for studying the sense of gain of primary and secondary school teachers in ethic areas,based on literature review,word frequency analysis and structural interview,the study divides the sense of gain into 4 main dimensions from material and spiritual aspects:economic income,social security,career achievement and emotional belonging;selects 16 projects closely related to the quality of life of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas;and uses structural equation modeling to design measurement items for the"Sense of Gain Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Ethnic Areas".The results show that the reliability of the questionnaire is good with certain reliability.The fitting of structural equation model is good.So the"Sense of Gain Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Ethnic Areas"is an effective tool for studying the sense of gain among teachers in ethnic regions.
