摘要
深入探讨大学生创新创业能力培养与学生管理工作的关系,研究结果表明,大学生创新创业能力培养与学生管理工作的关系同政策与制度支持、教育资源与管理服务、创新与创业实践、学生管理与学业平衡、心理支持与激励机制存在显著正相关关系,加强两者间的融合与互动不仅可有效提升学生的创新创业能力,还能促进学生管理工作的全面发展与提升.在强化创新创业教育理念、优化学生管理机制、加强师资队伍建设、完善评价体系与激励机制及加强宣传与交流等方面提出相关建议,以期为推动大学生创新创业能力培养与学生管理工作的协同发展提供参考.
Abstract
The study explores the relationship between the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and student management.The results show that the relationship between college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation,and student management is positively correlated with policy and system support,educational resources and management services,innovation and entrepreneurship practice,student management and academic balance,psychological support and incentive mechanism.Strengthening the integration and interaction between the two can not only effectively improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,but also promote the overall development and improvement of students'management work.It is suggested to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship education concept,optimize student management mechanism,strengthen teacher team construction,improve evaluation system and incentive mechanism,and promote publicity and communication,so as to provide reference for promoting the collaborative development of college students'innovation,and entrepreneurship ability cultivation,and student management.
