In order to optimize the weight distribution of the evaluation system for art design majors and reflect students'knowledge,ability and quality,the study establishes evaluation system composed of four important dimensions:professional knowledge,practical ability,innovative ability and comprehensive quality with Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,so as to comprehensively and fairly evaluate students'ability.The results of empirical test show that the creativity is the most important,reflecting a person's core position in art design,professional knowledge,comprehensive quality and practical ability should also be paid attention to.The results show that the optimization of art design professional talent training evaluation system can evaluate students'comprehensive ability more scientifically and fairly,and provide effective reference for educational institutions,so as to improve educational methods and training plans.
