In order to analyze the influence of 3A interactive teaching mode on organic chemistry course achievement of pharmacy students, the study collects data with questionnaire survey. The results of reliability test show that the questionnaire has high reliability. The results of descriptive statistics show that the performance of the interviewed students in active learning, interactive participation, applied practice and learning effect is consistent and concentrated. Results of Pearson analysis show that four dimensions are significantly correlated at the level of 0.01,i.e.,each factor promotes the other in improving the learning effect. Results of regression analysis show that the dimensions of active learning, applied practice and interactive participation significantly affect the learning effect. The comparison of the performance shows that students who accept 3A interactive teaching mode is significantly better than that of students who do not adopt this mode.It is necessary to promote students'active learning ability, strengthen practical teaching links, and improve classroom interaction,so as to promote the students'academic achievement and comprehensive quality of organic chemistry courses.
