摘要

为探讨煤基固体废弃物与垃圾渗滤液的协同处理方案,实现两种废弃物的资源化综合利用,分析渗滤液对煤矸石和煤渣的浸出特性,考察有价金属元素的富集效果,探索渗滤液冲洗煤矸石和煤渣的工艺路线,将处理后的渗滤液应用于煤矸石建筑材料生产中,评估其对产品性能的影响,探讨协同技术的环境效益和经济效益.从资源化角度寻找解决方案,有助于减少固废堆存、降低渗滤液处理成本、发掘资源潜力、促进技术创新,体现了环境保护和资源节约的双重价值,对推动可持续发展具有重要意义.

Abstract

In order to explore the synergistic treatment scheme of coal-based solid waste and landfill leachate,and realize the resourceful comprehensive utilization of the two kinds of waste,the study analyzes the leaching characteristics of leachate on coal gangue and cinder,examines the enrichment effect of valuable metal elements,explores the process route of leachate flushing coal gangue and cinder,applies the treated leachate to the production of coal gangue building materials,evaluates the impact on the performance of the products,and explores the environmental and economic benefits of this technology.From the perspective of resource utilization,it is beneficial to reduce the solid waste stockpile,decrease the cost of leachate treatment,explore the potential of resources,and promote technological innovation,which embodies the dual value of environmental protection and resource conservation.It is of great significance in promoting sustainable development.
