Wet desulfurization process is mostly used for flue gas treatment of power plant boilers,including complex iron process,ammonia desulfurization process and sodium hydroxide desulfurization process.The fixed bed dry desulphurization process is mostly used for flue gas treatment of power plant boilers,and less used for sulfur recovery tail gas treatment in coal chemical industry.The study analyzes the application of dry desulphurization in sulfur recovery.A company adopts the AGCU patented technology of KPS Company in the United States and the partial combustion method plus SCTO tail gas hydrogenation process to absorb and treat the treated tail gas through amine solution,and send it to the sulfur recovery tail gas incinerator for incineration.The process is relatively simple,the requirements of the equipment materials are low,and the product pollution is small.The emission of SO2 pollutants can be reduced,the green development of sulfur recovery devices be promoted,environmental pollution be reduced,and favorable conditions for the development of coal chemical industry be provided.
