摘要

为研究基于三维扫描技术的高精度数控加工工艺,对工件进行三维扫描,获取精确几何模型,结合数控加工技术,实现了工件的高精度加工.阐述了三维扫描技术与数控加工工艺原理、应用现状及关键技术,分析了三维扫描数据处理、刀具路径规划、刀具磨损补偿等环节的策略和方法,通过加工仿真和实验验证,优化了加工工艺参数,在发动机缸盖加工案例中证明了该工艺的可行性和有效性.结果表明,基于三维扫描的数控加工工艺能显著提高复杂零件的加工精度、表面质量和生产效率,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract

In order to study the high precision CNC machining technology based on 3D scanning technology,the study conducts 3D scanning of the workpiece,obtains the exact geometric model,combines with CNC machining technology,and realizes the high precision machining of the workpiece.The study describes the principle,application status and key technologies of 3D scanning technology and CNC machining technology;analyzes the strategies and methods of 3D scanning data processing,tool path planning,and tool wear compensation,etc.;optimizes machining process parameters through machining simulation and experimental verification;and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the process in the machining case of engine cylinder head.The results show that NC machining technology based on 3D scanning can significantly improve the machining accuracy,surface quality and production efficiency of complex parts,and it has broad application prospects.
