摘要

实际工作中,列车总线通信网络故障往往呈现随机、并发与隐匿特性,并伴有海量的正常数据流与稀少的异常样本,因此单纯依赖专家知识的诊断方法其效果往往不尽人意.利用云模型处理定性概念与定量数值之间不确定性转换能力构建一种能够自动生成初始参数,并对列车进行WSN节点故障诊断的BRB模型,对该模型通过数据分析进行仿真实验.结果表明,与传统的诊断模型相比,基于云模型生成初始参数的BRB模型展现出了显著的性能提升,诊断精度更高,预测误差更小.

Abstract

In practice,the fault of train bus communication network often presents random,concurrent and hidden characteristics,accompanied by massive normal data flow and few abnormal samples.So the effect of diagnosis method relying solely on expert knowledge is often unsatisfactory.A BRB model,which can automatically generate initial parameters and diagnose WSN node faults,is constructed with cloud model to deal with the uncertainty transformation between qualitative concepts and quantitative values.The study conducts simulation experiments on this model through data analysis.The results show that,compared with the traditional diagnostic model,the BRB model based on the cloud model to generate initial parameters shows significant performance improvement,higher diagnostic accuracy,and less prediction error.
