摘要

为探讨装配式住宅建筑工程的施工技术与质量控制方法,以某装配式住宅楼工程为例,分析评估施工技术的有效性及其对工程质量的影响.建立了一套详细的质量控制评价指标体系,包括原材料合格率、构件制造质量、安装精度等,通过层次分析法(AHP)计算各指标的权重,以确保评价的科学性和准确性.结果显示,该项目所有关键质量指标均达到或超过预设标准,说明采用的施工技术和质量控制方法具有高效性,通过质量控制指标的实时监测和评估,可有效提高施工质量和管理水平.

Abstract

In order to discuss the construction technology and quality control method of prefabricated residential building project,the study analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of construction technology and its influence on project quality through taking a prefabricated residential building project as an example;establishes a set of detailed quality control evaluation index system,including raw material qualification rate,component manufacturing quality,installation accuracy,etc.;and calculates the weight of each index through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to ensure the scientific and accurate evaluation.The results show that all the key quality indicators of the project meet or exceed the preset standards,indicating that the construction technology and quality control method adopted are efficient.The construction quality and management level can be effectively improved through real-time monitoring and evaluation of quality control indicators.
