The study analyzes the development status and influencing factors of humanistic nursing ability of nurses in the breast oncology department,so as to improve the overall nursing quality and nursing level of nurses in the breast oncology department.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,it is found that the professional nursing ability of nurses in the breast oncology department is in the middle level.The scores of psychological adjustment ability,ethics and legal practice ability are low.The results show that there is positive effect of empathy ability and professional values on nurses'humanistic practice nursing ability.The humanistic nursing ability of nurses in the breast oncology department should be improved in various ways.
