Circular RNA can be involved in the regulation of human physiological functions in many ways.It is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.The study reviews the research progress of circRNA from its biosynthesis,degradation pathway,main functions and related diseases,so as to provide a new research direction for disease detection and treatment.
