In view of the common skin wounds in daily life,the study selects a new Chinese herbal formula with PVA as the main substrate.The main drugs are Bletilla striata,Perilla leaf and comfrey,etc.The study extracts and separates effective components by chemical method.The optimal ratio of polyvinyl alcohol,Bletilla striata extract,solvent glycerin and penetrant borneol is obtained by orthogonal test.It has the basic physicochemical indexes conforming to the standard and passed the stability test.Bletilla striata Astringent topical gel is a kind of topical gel for skin wound with astringent hemostasis,detumescence and pain relief,anti-inflammatory and bactericidal,saprophytic to promote wound healing.
