The study explores the effect of psychotherapy combined with rehabilitation intervention in the rehabilitation of sports injuries in college students.98 college students who receive medical treatment after sports injury are selected as the study objects, and they are randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group receive routine exercise rehabilitation intervention, and the experimental group receive psychological therapy on the basis of routine exercise rehabilitation intervention. The effects of trauma recovery and complications are compared between the two groups. The results show that there is no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After psychological intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group decrease significantly, and the complications reduce. The nursing satisfaction scores and satisfaction rate of rehabilitation intervention in school hospital are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that psychotherapy combined with routine rehabilitation intervention can help to restore sports injury, relieve anxiety and reduce the incidence of complications.
