In order to reduce the maintenance risk of substation isolation switch,and improve the maintenance efficiency,the study designs a safety isolation device of automatic isolation switch,which is composed of automatic moving system,automatic lifting system and insulation isolation system,with modular design thinking.The rapid movement of the device is realized in the automatic moving system,the adjustment of the height of the device is realized in the automatic lifting system,and high-performance insulation materials are adopted in the insulation isolation system to achieve safe isolation.The device can realize the safety isolation in the state of no power failure or a small range of power failure,so as to improve the safety and economy of the maintenance operation.It can be widely used in substation maintenance operation,which is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
