The study conducts a bibliometric and visual analysis of domestic discourse markers research,and discusses the current state,hot topics and trends.A search of domestic periodical literature on discourse markers from 2003 to 2023 is conducted,with the journals of CNKI database as the data source.According to the result,the knowledge map is generated by using CiteSpace 6.3.R1.The research status,hot spots and topic evolution in this field are analyzed through bibliometric methods.It is found that the number of papers published on discourse markers has fluctuated over the past two decades,with a focus on category definition,function,formation and subjectivity.Future research should delve deeper into subjective issues related to discourse markers and explore interdisciplinary approaches.
