In order to explore the effect of employment services in colleges and universities on improving the employability of college students,the study collects and analyzes four dimensions of data with questionnaire survey:guidance training,practice,promotion effect and employment information.The results show that college students generally recognize the quality of employment services in colleges and universities,especially in guidance training and internship practice.The evaluation of senior students at all levels is higher than that of junior students,while the score difference of student gender at all levels is not significant.Guidance training and internship practice have significant impact on the improvement effect at 0.01 significance level,while the effect of employment information is not significant.It is suggested to promote the investment in guiding training and practice,optimize the transmission and use of employment information,design hierarchical and diversified employment service projects,so as to provide reference for universities to improve and optimize employment service strategies.
