In the highly competitive job market,more and more attention is paid to the comprehensive quality and skills of college students.As an important aspect of showing personal image and interpersonal skills,etiquette literacy has a profound impact on college students'realization of high-quality employment.The study probes into the influence of etiquette literacy on high-quality employment of college students.It is found that there are some differences in the impact on college students'high-quality employment.There is significant positive correlation between college students'high quality employment and educational background and major,internship experience and professional quality,personal ability and comprehensive quality,social background and family education.It is suggested to strengthen etiquette literacy education,pay attention to practical exercise,enhance personal comprehensive quality,and strengthen career planning guidance,so as to improve college students'high-quality employment,and to provide reference for college personnel training and career development of college students.
