The study analyzes the influencing factors and coping strategies of the employment pressure of college students,and discusses with questionnaire data.The study confirms reliability and validity of the questionnaire with reliability test and descriptive statistical analysis,and reveals the challenges faced by college students in academic,economic and psychological pressure.Through the correlation analysis,it is found that there is correlation between different pressure dimensions and the differences of students in different grades in the face of pressure.It is believed that college students are generally affected by academic,economic and psychological pressure when facing employment pressure.There is close correlation between these pressures.There are obvious differences among students in different grades in the face of pressure,and senior students bear more pressure.In order to reduce the pressure on students,it is suggested to strengthen the mental health education and support for college students,provide more career guidance and internship opportunities,and pay attention to their economic status,so as to provide more economic support and help.
