Shaanxi Province is one of the important cradles of red culture,and has rich resources of red culture.The integration of red cultural resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only the need to inherit history and the revolutionary spirit,but also an important measure to improve the quality and comprehensive quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The study conducts a questionnaire survey on ideological and political education integration among college students in Shaanxi Province with stratified and random sampling.The results show that Shaanxi red cultural resources have been gradually integrated with ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the rise of grade,college students'understanding of red culture,cognition of importance,understanding of cultural relics resources and application effects have been improved.At the same time,red cultural resources still face multiple challenges in the integration with ideological and political education in colleges and universities,especially in resource integration,teacher quality,textbook content and students'interest,etc.Based on this,the teaching management departments of colleges and universities should systematically integrate the core values of red culture,enhance students'sense of experience of red culture,promote the construction of teachers,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of red culture education,and constantly promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education.
