摘要

为探讨辅导员在高职院校学生心理干预中的角色定位,在问卷调查数据的基础上对其进行分析.结果显示,问卷的信效度水平良好,受访者在评价辅导员的角色时更关注其在支持学生、引导学生和沟通交流方面的表现.方差解释结果显示,3 个主成分(支持程度、引导程度和沟通程度)能够解释问卷数据的大部分变异,其中支持程度是最重要的因素、权重最大,而沟通程度的权重最小.基于此,辅导员应从给予学生支持、注重对学生进行心理引导和加强与学生间的沟通等方面充分体现辅导员的角色定位,提高辅导员在学生心理干预中的作用.

Abstract

In order to explore the role of counselors in psychological intervention of students in higher vocational colleges,the study analyzes them on the basis of questionnaire survey data.The results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good.The respondents pay more attention to the performance of the counselor in supporting,guiding and communicating with students when evaluating the role of the counselor.Results of ANOVA show that 3 principal components(degree of support,guidance,and communication)can explain most of the variation in questionnaire data,among which degree of support is the most important factor with the greatest weight,and degree of communication weights the least.Based on this,the role of the counselor should be fully reflected in students support,and the attention to psychological guidance and the promotion of communication with students,so as to improve the effect of the counselor in the psychological intervention of students.
