With the rapid popularization of artificial intelligence technology and the coming of the metaverse era,the education model is facing new opportunities and challenges,and the integration of English education and teaching with new technologies is increasing day by day.Based on the strong support of modern technology,the study explores the English teaching mode of 3D mind map presented by multimedia touch teaching machine.With the virtual reality characteristics of the metaverse and the support of artificial intelligence,ChatGPT and other technologies,as an innovative tool,3D mind mapping can provide a more interactive,immersive and imaginative learning environment,so as to realize the digital transformation of English reading teaching.Through the rapid construction of English learning virtual scenes,students can not only get a better immersive English learning experience,but also improve their English reading level and logical thinking ability.
