摘要

通过问卷调查法了解大数据视域下高校教育教学管理现状.结果显示,教育教学管理满意度均值高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平,说明在校学生普遍对大数据视域下的高校教育教学管理较满意.文史类、理工类、财管类和艺术类专业学生对教育教学管理整体满意度不存在显著性差异,但在教育教学计划管理满意度上存在显著性差异,其中文史类学生得分最高,艺术类学生得分最低.由相关性分析可知,办学条件因素、学生参与度因素和理想信念因素与教育教学管理满意度、教育教学计划管理满意度、教育教学运行管理满意度、教育教学质量管理满意度之间存在显著正相关关系,大数据背景下,高校提高教育教学管理满意度也应从这些方面加以改进.

Abstract

The study analyzes the current situation of university education and teaching management from the perspective of big data with questionnaire survey.The results show that the average satisfaction of education and teaching management is higher than the theoretical median,which indicates that the students are generally satisfied with university education and teaching management from the perspective of big data.There is no significant difference in the overall satisfaction of education and teaching management,but there is significant difference in the satisfaction of education and teaching plan management of students of literature and history,science and technology,financial management and art major.Students majoring in literature and history have the highest score,and those majoring in art have the lowest score.According to the correlation analysis,there is significant positive correlation between school-running conditions,student participation,ideal and belief factors and satisfaction of education and teaching management,education and teaching plan management,education and teaching operation management,and education and teaching quality management.Under the background of big data,universities should also improve the satisfaction of education and teaching management from these aspects.
