Improvement of moral education ability of college teachers plays an important role in the process of personnel training.The study makes an in-depth analysis on the moral education ability of college teachers under the curriculum ideological and political perspective.The results show that college teachers are generally able to recognize the importance of moral education ability and actively integrate ideological and political elements into teaching practice.There are differences in the specific performance of teachers'moral education ability.Some teachers need to improve the natural integration of ideological and political elements,and the innovation of moral education methods.Results of correlation analysis show that teachers'moral education ability has significant correlation with teachers'moral education quality,teachers'ideological and political quality,teachers'moral education consciousness and school moral education atmosphere.It is suggested strengthen the training and improve teachers'moral education quality and ideological and political quality,encourage teachers to innovate moral education methods and means,establish incentive and support mechanism for teachers'moral education work and create strong moral education atmosphere in schools,so as to improve the moral education ability of college teachers.
