In order to analyze the application effect of the integrated classroom internship model in the teaching of surgical nursing, the study selects 114 nursing students;divides them into control group and experimental group;conducts experimental comparison of teaching effect from four aspects:test scores, nurses'clinical communication ability, critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction;and does statistical analysis with SPSS 26.0 software. The result show that the theoretical scores, operational scores and total scores of surgical nursing courses of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group, indicating that the integrated model of classroom probation can help students better integrate classroom theoretical knowledge and transform it into practical skills.Students of experimental group can exercise clinical communication ability through personal experience and work practice in surgical nursing probation, and think and self-judgment through hospital nursing probation.According to the Chi-square test results, the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group. This model emphasizes the cultivation of nursing students'practical ability and problem-solving ability, which is helpful to the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.
