摘要

为加强学生在城市公共政策调研方面的能力,实现理论与实践相结合的教学模式,以"人居环境科学与技术"新工科理念为指导思想,探索西安交通大学人居环境与建筑工程学院针对"城市公共政策调研实践"课程的教学改革效果,剖析现行教学模式中凸显的问题,提出相应的改进策略,如采用启发式教学方法,提高学生参与度,融入思政元素,增强学生的社会责任感与爱国情怀,建立专题实践小组,促进合作学习与实地调研,改革成绩评定方法,以鼓励学生的自主学习与创新能力等,致力于通过教学改革,培育具备全球视野、创新思维、实践能力强的新一代复合型人才.

Abstract

Based on the new engineering idea of"Science and Technology of Human Settlements",the study explores the teaching reform of the course"Practice of Urban Public Policy Survey"in the School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University,so as to promote students'ability in urban public policy research,and realize the teaching mode combining theory and practice.The study analyzes the prominent problems in the current teaching mode and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,such as the adoption of heuristic teaching methods to enhance student participation,to strengthen students'social responsibility and patriotism,to establish thematic practice groups,to promote cooperative learning and field research,to reform the performance evaluation methods,and to encourage students'independent learning and innovation abilities,etc.The goal is to cultivate a new generation of interdisciplinary talents with global vision,innovative thinking,and strong practical abilities through teaching reform.
