Research on the Effectiveness of the Cultivation of Young Talents in Rural Areas with the Help of Communist Youth League Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
The study investigates the effectiveness of the Communist Youth League on the cultivation of young talents in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization with questionnaire survey.The results show that the Communist Youth League has popularized the rural revitalization policy for young talents in rural areas,achieving comprehensive promotion to a certain extent.But 7.6%of respondents still say they do not understand the rural revitalization policy.More than 50%of the respondents are relatively satisfied or very satisfied with the current situation of rural areas with the help of the Communist Youth League in the cultivation of rural revitalization young talents.This indicates that the Communist Youth League can effectively promote the cultivation of rural revitalization young talents,and remarkably promote and construct rural infrastructure and rural governance,which has been widely recognized.The difference in age,league status and political outlook leads to significant differences in the satisfaction of young talents in rural areas with the help of the Communist Youth League in cultivating young talents for rural revitalization.
