摘要

由于用电习惯和生产模式的差异,不同用户的用电曲线和负荷调整能力存在差异,而历史用电数据揭示了其用电规律.以重庆市城镇居民用电负荷为研究对象,基于数据驱动的负荷优化评估方法,通过负荷弹性系数来识别用户用电负荷在时间上的灵活性与可控性.结果表明,重庆市居民侧预计最大可调负荷达196.80万kW,用电优化潜力可达1180.82万kW·h.

Abstract

Due to the difference of consumption habits and production mode,the power consumption curve and load adjustment ability of different users are different.The historical power consumption data reveals their power consumption law.The study takes residential electricity consumption in Chong qing City as the research objects,and identifies its flexibility and controllability with load elastic coefficient.The results show that the maximum adjustable load is expected to reach 1.968 million kW in Chongqing City,and the optimization potential of electricity consumption is 11.8082 million kW h.
