摘要

介绍了一种基于ROS的四轴滑台教具机器人,通过视觉识别算法自动识别并获取四轴滑台上的棋子坐标、颜色等信息,经过上位机算法得到解算步骤,通过串口通信向STM32发送相关指令,向四台伺服电机驱动器及真空吸盘传达相应的脉冲和开关量,从而达到移动棋子和进行拼图的目的.该产品所选模型简单,与生活关系紧密,趣味性和可参与性强,可通过与机器人对弈实现在环境中近似真实的"做"中"学",有利于在实践中锻炼学生的创新思维,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力.

Abstract

The study introduces a ROS-based four-axis sliding table teaching aid robot.It automatically recognizes and acquires the coordinate and color information of the chess pieces on the four-axis sliding table through visual recognition algorithm,and obtains the solution steps through the upper computer algorithm.Then,it sends relevant instructions to STM32 through serial communication,and transmits corresponding pulses and switching quantities to four servo motor drives and vacuum suction cups,so as to achieve the purpose of moving pieces and jigsaw puzzle.The selected model of the product is simple,closely related to life,interesting and participatory.It can be realized by playing chess with robots in the environment to approximate the real"doing"and"learning",which is conducive to training students'innovative thinking in practice,and improving their ability to analyze and solve problems.
