摘要

为探究复杂环境下超深地下连续墙施工技术,提升地下连续墙施工质量,以某地铁车站工程为例,分析工程复杂环境,基于Midas GTS NX软件构建地下连续墙三维施工模型,计算工艺参数,提出施工技术应用方法.从成槽施工、钢筋笼吊装、混凝土浇筑等方面入手,控制超深地下连续墙施工质量,有效处理施工偏差,维护了地下施工安全.

Abstract

In order to explore the construction technology of ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall under complex environment and improve the construction quality of underground diaphragm wall,the study takes a subway station project as an example,analyzes the complex engineering environment,constructs three-dimensional construction model of underground diaphragm wall based on Midas GTS NX software,calculates the process parameters,and proposes the construction technology application method.From the trough construction,steel cage hoisting,and concrete pouring,etc.,the construction quality of ultra-deep underground continuous wall is controlled,the construction deviation is effectively dealt with,and the underground construction safety is maintained.
