摘要

针对化工行业VOCs废气污染日益严重问题分析了几种基于微生物技术的处理方法,介绍了生物过滤法、生物滴滤法、生物洗涤法和膜生物反应器的原理、特点、适用范围和工程应用等,通过实际案例阐述了生物洗涤法在某化工厂VOCs治理中的应用效果.研究表明,微生物技术具有高效、环保、经济等优势,是化工VOCs废气治理的重要发展方向.

Abstract

The study analyzes several treatment methods based on microbial technology for the increasingly serious problem of VOCs waste gas pollution in the chemical industry.The study introduces the principle,characteristics,application scope and engineering application of biological filtration,biological drip filtration,biological washing and membrane bioreactor;and expounds the application effect of biological washing in the treatment of VOCs in a chemical plant through practical cases.The study shows that microbial technology has the advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection and economy.This is an important development direction of chemical VOCs waste gas treatment.
