China regularly releases the China Transport Production Index(CTSI)to comprehensively reflect the overall operation of the transport industry.Provincial level comprehensive transport service index is also being built.However,the index construction that focuses on a certain mode of transportation and covers the transportation of the whole society is still relatively lacking.Based on the research on the construction of comprehensive transport service index,based on the actual situation of Hebei Province,focusing on the field of road transport,the study constructs a basic index system,uses econometric analysis to normalize each index,sets the weight with analytic hierarchy process and grey relational degree analysis,and synthesizes the index and forms the highway transport service index with Fisher ideal index method,so as to quantitatively reflect the whole society highway passenger and cargo transport situation.
