The reconstruction project has large investment and long construction time in the field operation.It is affected by natural factors.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the risk evaluation of project delay in the early stage of the project construction,so as to ensure the accuracy of the construction period.By using the literature research method,the study analyzes the research status of the reconstruction project;obtains the evaluation indexes including management,safety,environment and quality,and 11 different types of second-level risk evaluation indexes of the reconstruction project;and establishes risk evaluation model of reconstruction project delay with Analytic Hierarchy Process.Through taking the renovation project of A residential district as an example,the study conducts risk assessment.The results show that the project has great risks in technical measures,safety measures and personnel management,which may affect the construction period during the construction process.It is necessary to be improved.
