摘要

为了评价水体中多氯联苯PCB194与PCB206的气相色谱-质谱法分析的精确性,采用气相色谱-质谱法对样品进行分析,通过对水体样品的采集、预处理及气相色谱分析,研究PCB194与PCB206在环境水体中的分布情况及分析的精确性.结果表明,该方法能够有效检测水体中PCB194与PCB206的含量,重复性好,精确度高,可为水体中多氯联苯污染的监测提供一种可靠的分析手段.分析了影响分析精确性的主要因素,为提高环境监测的准确性提供参考.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the accuracy of analysis of PCB194 and PCB206 in water by gas chromatograms and mass spectrometry,the study researches the samples by gas chromatograms-mass spectrometry,and the distribution of PCB194 and PCB206 in environmental water bodies and the accuracy of analysis through the collection,pretreatment and gas chromatographic analysis of water samples.The results show that the method can effectively detect the content of PCB194 and PCB206 in water with good repeatability and high accuracy,and it can be used for monitoring the pollution of PCBS in water bodies.The study analyzes the main factors affecting the accuracy of analysis,which can provide reference for improving the accuracy of environmental monitoring.
