摘要

通过体外透皮实验和处方优化等手段制备一种以重楼为主要成分的凝胶剂,对其载药量、质量控制、透皮吸收等进行全面考察.以卡波姆-940、丙二醇、PEG-400、薄荷脑、樟脑为辅料,采用冷溶法制备凝胶剂;通过载药量考察及质量考察对其配比进行优化.结果表明,最优处方配比为卡波姆-940:丙二醇:PEG-400:薄荷脑:樟脑=1:2:4:1.44:2.34(质量比),按此配比所得凝胶剂质地均匀,黏稠度高,通过该工艺制备的重楼皂苷凝胶剂具有良好的成形性、可涂抹性,相对药理作用明显,胶粒分散均匀.

Abstract

By means of in vitro transdermal experiment and prescription optimization,the study prepares a gel with Zhonou as the main component,and investigates its drug loading,quality control and transdermal absorption,etc.The study takes carbom-940,propylene glycol,PEG-400,menthol and camphor as excipients,prepares the gel by cold solution method,and optimizes the ratio through the investigation of drug loading and quality.The results show that the optimal formulation ratio is carbom-940:propylene glycol:PEG-400:menthol:camphor=1:2:4:1.44:2.34(mass ratio).The gel obtained by this ratio is uniform in texture and high in viscosity.The gel prepared by this process has good formability,spread ability,obvious relative pharmacological action and uniform dispersion of colloidal particles.
