The study systematically optimizes the fermentation process of Bacillus Polymyxoides from the main aspects of medium composition(carbon source,nitrogen source,calcium carbonate)and fermentation conditions(pH value,inoculation amount,liquid loading amount,rotational speed and temperature),etc.;and finds out the optimal fermentation conditions through triangle bottle test and 100 L fermenter amplification test,so as to improve the bacteria quantity and spore rate of Bacillus Polymyxoides.The results show that the optimal fermentation medium is 2%soybean meal meal+2%sucrose+1%corn starch+0.6%ammonium sulfate,and the optimal calcium carbonate addition is 0.5%.Under the conditions of 37 ℃,200 r/min,60 L/min ventilation and initial pH value of 7.2,the fermentation in 100 L fermenter for 32 h achieves the best bacterial content and spore rate.This verifies the feasibility and stability of the experimental conditions.
