摘要

为筛选和鉴定土壤中产纤维素酶菌株,从赤峰学院农场土壤中五点采样,分离培养得到1株产纤维素酶菌株,对产酶菌株进行形态学观察及测序,确定该菌株为杰丁塞伯林德纳氏酵母(Cyberlindnera jadinii).对菌株进行降解纤维素特性检验,将菌株接种到滤纸条崩解培养基中第7 d时能够将无菌滤纸条降解为白色糊状,表现了较好的纤维素降解能力,为进一步应用微生物降解纤维素提供了研究基础.

Abstract

In order to screen and identify cellulase strains in soil,the study cultures from five-point sampling collected from the farm soil of Chifeng University,isolates a cellulase producing strain,conducts morphological observation and sequencing on the cellulase producing strain,and identifies the strain as Cyberlindnera jadinii.The study tests cellulose degradation characteristics of the strain.The sterile filter paper strip can be degraded into white paste in the strain when inoculated into the filter paper strip disintegration medium on the 7th day,showing a good cellulose degradation ability,which provides a research basis for the further application of microbial degradation of cellulose.
