摘要

珊瑚混凝土由于具有多孔性、易碎性等性质在承受外界荷载时比传统混凝土更易发生脆性破裂,为了有效抑制其结构裂缝的产生,有必要引入纤维复合材料增强其基本物理特性,针对碳纤维(CF)和镀铜钢纤维(DTGF)在不同掺量下对珊瑚混凝土基本物理性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,纤维材料能够显著提升珊瑚混凝土的早期强度,由于纤维能够对骨料侧向膨胀产生约束,纤维的加入对珊瑚混凝土的劈裂强度及弹性模量也有正向影响.

Abstract

Coral concrete is more prone to brittle fracture than traditional concrete under external load due to its porous and brittle properties.In order to effectively inhibit the formation of structural cracks,it is necessary to introduce fiber composite materials to enhance its basic physical properties.The study analyzes the effects of carbon fiber(CF)and copper-coated steel fiber(DTGF)on the basic physical properties of coral concrete.The results show that fiber material can significantly improve the early strength of coral concrete,because the fiber can restrain the lateral expansion of aggregate.The addition of fiber also has positive effect on the splitting strength and elastic modulus of coral concrete.
