摘要

利用MATLAB_GUI(GUI)仿真平台建立了全局阈值、轮廓像素、有效像素三种分割算法对CT肺实质图像进行分割,并采用区域生长算法勾画和标记肺部病变区域,使医学影像专业学生能够独立提取和识别CT肺部肿瘤,并分别对三种分割算法的处理结果进行讨论分析.结果表明,医学生可以在该界面上自定义虚拟仿真实验的原始图像和分割参数,自动计算病变区域大小和圆形弧度,可以直观地观察和分析这些参数,使学生可初步判断患者肺部病变的良恶性程度,提高本专业的整体影像教学质量.

Abstract

The study establishes three segmentation algorithms with MATLAB_GUI(GUI)simulation platform,i.e.global threshold,contour pixel and effective pixel;outlines and labels lung lesions with segment CT lung parenchyma images,and regional growth algorithm,so that medical imaging students can independently extract and identify CT lung tumors.The study also discusses and analyzes the processing results of three segmentation algorithms.The results show that medical students can customize the original image and segmentation parameters of the virtual simulation experiment on this interface,automatically calculate the size of the lesion area and the circular arc,and intuitively observe and analyze these parameters,so that students can preliminarily judge the benign and malignant degree of patients'lung lesions,and improve the overall image teaching quality of this major.
