The study investigates the expression of lncRNA DYNLRB2-2 in esophageal cancer,liver cancer and colorectal cancer cells,so as to provide new ideas for the precise diagnosis and treatment of digestive system tumors.The study cultures human digestive system tumor cells(esophageal cancer cells,liver cancer cells and colorectal cancer cells)and normal control cells,extracts RNA from tumor cells and their corresponding normal cells after reverse transcription,and detects the corresponding expression level of lncRNA DYNLRB2-2 in each group of cells by qRTPCR,so as to verify whether there are differences in lncRNA DYNLRB2-2 expression between the three kinds of digestive system tumor cells and normal cells,and to infer whether lncrNA DYNLRB2-2 has a certain impact on the occurrence and development of digestive system tumors through statistical results.The results show that lncRNA DYNLRB2-2 gene expression in digestive system tumor cells is significantly higher than that in control cells,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The increased expression of lncRNA DYNLRB2-2 in patients with esophageal cancer,liver cancer and colorectal cancer suggests that lncrNA DYNLRB2-2 may promote the occurrence and development of digestive system tumors.
