Cost control has an important influence on the economic benefit of construction projects.It is necessary to constantly enhance the cost control of construction projects to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.The study takes the supply chain as an example,and analyzes the cost and economic benefit index of A Enterprise.It is concluded that A Enterprise mainly carries out cost control of construction projects from project procurement,project construction,project delivery and so on.The cost control and project operation in all aspects are relatively stable.The enterprise pays attention to the research and development and innovation of construction technology,but the overall operating profit declines.It is suggested to constantly enhance the control of costs and management expenses,reduce the cost of construction materials and labor,optimize the enterprise project approval chain,and simplify the enterprise management structure,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
