基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的精准就业研究趋势(2016-2024)可视化分析

摘要
为探索精准就业研究的发展趋势及热点前沿,在中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang Data)、维普(VIP)数据库对2016-2024 年发表的有关精准就业的文献进行检索.使用NoteExpress进行数据处理,采用CiteSpace6.3.1 与VOSviewer1.6.20 软件对作者合作发文情况、机构合作发文情况、关键词共现情况、关键词聚类情况、关键词突现情况进行可视化分析.结果表明,精准就业研究正处于较好的发展阶段,年发文量总体呈上升趋势,但研究尚未成熟,还有较大的提升空间,尚未形成核心研究群体,研究机构间的合作频率较低,没有形成紧密合作的研究网络."精准就业""就业指导""大数据""就业服务"等是近年的研究热点,也是未来研究的发展趋势,未来可利用大数据技术分析就业趋势与需求,为毕业生提供个性化的就业建议.
Abstract
To explore the development trend and hot frontier of precision employment research,the papers on precision employment published from 2016 to 2024 are retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.NoteExpress is used for data processing,and VOSviewer1.6.20 and CiteSpace6.3.1 software are used for visual analysis of the authors'cooperative publication situation,cooperative publication situation of institutions,keyword co-occurrence situation,keyword clustering situation and keyword emergence situation.The field of precision employment research is in a good stage of development,and the annual number of publications is generally on the rise.The research on precision employment is not yet mature,and there is still much room for improvement.The core research group has not been formed,the cooperation frequency between research institutions is low,and no close cooperation network has been formed."Precision employment""employment guidance""big data""employment services"are the research hotspots in recent years,and are also the future development trend.In the future,big data technology can be used to analyze the employment trend and demand,and provide personalized employment advice for graduates.
