基于CiteSpace的近五年我国急救培训研究现状与发展趋势

摘要
为分析近五年我国急救培训相关研究的热点并探讨其未来发展趋势,以"急救"与"培训"作为检索词,得到2019-2023 年发表在中国知网、万方数据库与维普资讯网的2484 篇文献,筛选录入CiteSpace 6.2.R3 软件进行可视化分析.研究结果显示近五年该领域发文量逐年减少,关键词共现分析显示我国较注重急救知识培训,但培训项目单一、针对人群较窄,排名前三的聚类标签是"急诊科""心肺复苏""急救培训".由关键词突现可将近五年我国急救培训相关研究分为三个阶段,第一阶段聚焦于院内急救,第二阶段关注公共场所的急救防护与风险管理,第三阶段重视急救教育的方法与院外其他机构的急救培训.未来的急救培训应重视培训教学方法,扩大培训场所与扩展培训对象范围.
Abstract
To analyze the research hotspots of first aid training in China in the past five years and to explore the future development trend,the study uses"first aid"and"training"as the search topics,searches 2484 published papers in CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Information Network from 2019 to 2023,and screens and enters the papers into CiteSpace 6.2.R3 for visual analysis.The results show that the number of published papers has decreased year by year.The co-occurrence analysis of keywords shows that China is focusing on the training of first aid knowledge,but the project is single and the target population is narrow.The first three cluster labels are"emergency department""cardiopulmonary resuscitation"and"first aid training".The first stage focuses on in-hospital first aid,the second stage focuses on first aid protection and risk management in public places,and the third stage focuses on the methods of first aid education and first aid training in other institutions outside the hospital.We should pay attention to the training and teaching methods,and expand the training places and the training objects in the future first aid training.
