精准视域下珠三角地区居家社区养老服务需求调研及应对策略——以东莞市为例
Research and Countermeasures on the Needs of Home-based Community Elderly Care Services in the Pearl River Delta Region from Precise Perspective——Through Taking Dongguan City as an Example

摘要
居家社区养老服务对于积极应对人口老龄化具有重要意义.在精准视域下收集分析珠三角区域居家社区养老服务需求现状,在东莞市实地发放调研问卷对居家社区养老服务的部分需求要素进行统计分析.结果显示,存在居家社区养老服务需求难以满足、潜在需求难以转换为有效需求、需求难以趋同等问题.基于此,从提供精准化服务、增强宣传力度与提升服务条件三方面提出完善珠三角区域居家社区养老服务的建议,以期为珠三角区域政府规范与提升居家社区养老服务质量提供参考.
Abstract
Home-based community care service is of great significance for actively coping with population aging.The study collects and analyzes the current situation of home-based community elderly care service demand in the Pearl River Delta Region from precise perspective,issues survey questionnaires in Dongguan City,and conducts statistical analysis of some demand elements of home-based community elderly care service.The results show that it is difficult to meet the needs of home-based community elderly care services,convert potential needs into effective needs,and converge needs.Based on this,it is suggested to provide accurate services,promote publicity,and improve service condition,so as to improve the home-based community elderly care services,and provide reference for the Pearl River Delta regional government to standardize and improve the quality of home-based community elderly care services.
