摘要

随着我国老龄化进程的加快,社区养老服务模式已成为应对庞大养老市场需求的重要方式.以某老年干部服务中心为例,采用SWOT分析法,评价该中心实施社区养老服务的优势、缺点、机会与威胁.研究结果表明,该中心在医疗资源、政府支持与社会资源整合方面具有明显优势,但也存在个性化服务不充分、资金来源单一、人力资源不足等问题.智能养老技术的引进与老龄化带来的市场需求的增加为智能养老技术的发展提供了机遇,但市场竞争的激烈与政策的不确定性也为其带来了威胁.针对这些问题提出加强个性化服务、扩大资金来源、引进智能型技术等策略,以期进一步优化社区养老服务模式,为人口可持续发展提供参考.

Abstract

With the rapid aging process in China,the mode of community aged care service has become an important way to deal with the huge demand of the aged care market.Through taking an elderly cadre service center as an example,the study evaluates the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the implementation of community elderly care service of the center.The results show that the center has obvious advantages in the integration of medical resources,government support and social resources.But there are also problems,such as inadequate personalized services,single source of funds,and insufficient human resources,etc.The introduction of smart elderly care technology and the increase in market demand brought by aging provide opportunities for the development of smart elderly care technology,but the intensification of market competition and policy uncertainty also bring threats.In response to these problems,strategies,such as strengthening personalized services,expanding capital sources,and introducing intelligent technologies,are proposed in order to further optimize the service model of community elderly care and provide reference for sustainable population development.
